Tokyo is one of my favourite destinations. I always wanted to explore this destination. So, this time I made all the bookings for Tokyo, which is the capital of Japan. Not many people plan to travel to Tokyo as this is the bustling capital of Japan. Japan has always been a destination that was part of my dream list, so I was very excited to visit this place. I wanted to visit Japan because my best friend went there for her higher studies and this was finally the time when I would meet her.
As I made the reservations for Tokyo, so I boarded the plane for ‘Haneda Airport.’ After landing, I rushed towards the exit door of the airport as my friend was there to pick me up. Both of us got so emotional as we were meeting after so long. I had already made bookings for the hotel room as there wasn’t enough space at my friend’s place. So, she also decided to stay with me in my hotel till I was in Tokyo. After reaching the hotel ‘Grand Hyatt Tokyo,’ I took some rest as it was a long flight. I was very excited to explore each corner of Tokyo from the next day as I wanted to have proper rest on the very first day.
The start of day two was exciting for me as my friend asked me to try sushi for the first time. I have seen a lot of people who are a fan of sushi. We went to the famous ‘Tsukiji Fish Market’ to have my sushi breakfast; I heard a lot about this market. I wouldn’t say I liked sushi much, and I don’t know if I will have it again. Then we went to the must-visit ‘Tokyo national museum,’ which made me learn endless things about japans history. Many art and artifacts are displayed in this museum which helped me know so much about japan. One should not miss this museum when in japan. Then we headed to the world-famous ‘Tokyo tower.’ This tower is of orange and white colour and is one of those massive towers in the world. This tower has a café to enjoy a cup of tea and admire the views from this tower. You can even spot mount fuji from this one. I was way too tired to explore any other place, so we went back to our hotel.
Then came the next day of the trip; I wanted to visit some peaceful places in Tokyo as Tokyo is a busy destination to see people all around. One of the places where I enjoyed the most beautiful japan views and some quality time with my friend was the ‘imperial palace.’ As the imperial palace is the home to the emperor of Japan, not many visitors are allowed here. We took a round of this place along with enjoying the fantastic weather and views. If you are also looking for a beautiful yet peaceful location, do not miss out on this one. After exploring this place, we decided to eat something. I tried some of the best dishes at some of the best restaurants in Tokyo. I tried Ramen, Tempura, Yakitori, Japanese Curry, Soba, Tonkatsu and loved all these dishes.
As it was the last day of the trip, so I wanted to shop a lot. I am a shopaholic, and none of my trips are complete without shopping. But before that, we went to a very famous temple of Tokyo named ‘Sensoji temple.’ This temple is known for its architect and its detailing. I clicked some of the pictures so that these memories last with me forever. Then I finally headed to my favourite place called ‘Ginza.’ This place is all about my favourite brand stores like H N M, Zara, Dior. I bought so many clothes and other things for myself and my friends and family. After buying all the things, we went back to our hotel, and I packed everything as I had to catch my flight. But I got the news saying that all southwest airlines are canceled, and I was so worried. So, I contacted Southwest Airlines Phone Number, and they informed me all this is fake news. Finally, I boarded my flight way back home, hoping that I will be back to this stunning place again.
